Before and After: Regina Cyclone

Todays before and after is a little different – it is a quick look at the impact of the Regina Cyclone.  The Cyclone, which hit on June 30, 1912, greatly impacted the citizens and built infrastructure of the downtown.  Last Wednesday was the 98th anniversary of this event.
